AFCEA Tech­Net Euro­pe 2025 riu­ni­sce lea­der mili­ta­ri, esper­ti di dife­sa, respon­sa­bi­li poli­ti­ci gover­na­ti­vi e inno­va­to­ri tec­no­lo­gi­ci. I par­te­ci­pan­ti acqui­si­ran­no cono­scen­ze fon­da­men­ta­li su come le tec­no­lo­gie emer­gen­ti e le tra­sfor­ma­zio­ni digi­ta­li stia­no rimo­del­lan­do le ope­ra­zio­ni di dife­sa, miglio­ran­do il pro­ces­so deci­sio­na­le stra­te­gi­co e raf­for­zan­do le capa­ci­tà del­le for­ze arma­te con­giun­te in mol­te­pli­ci ambi­ti operativi.

La digi­ta­liz­za­zio­ne è al cen­tro del­la tra­sfor­ma­zio­ne in cor­so nel­le For­ze Arma­te del­la NATO e del­l’UE, svol­gen­do un ruo­lo cru­cia­le nel­la deter­ren­za e nel con­trol­lo deci­sio­na­le nel­l’e­ra del­la guer­ra cogni­ti­va. Con i pro­gres­si diver­si com­piu­ti da diver­se nazio­ni nel­la digi­ta­liz­za­zio­ne del­le pro­prie For­ze Arma­te, le sfi­de lega­te alle vul­ne­ra­bi­li­tà infor­ma­ti­che, alla for­ma­zio­ne del­la for­za lavo­ro, alle dipen­den­ze glo­ba­li e alla sca­la­bi­li­tà del­l’in­du­stria del­la dife­sa diven­ta­no evi­den­ti. L’e­ven­to di due gior­ni ha pre­vi­sto dibat­ti­ti con­dot­ti da esper­ti di alto livel­lo del­la NATO, del­l’UE e del­la nazio­ne ospi­tan­te, con par­ti­co­la­re atten­zio­ne al tea­tro ope­ra­ti­vo euro­peo. I rap­pre­sen­tan­ti del set­to­re C4ISR/​Cyber​han­no pre­sen­ta­to solu­zio­ni per miglio­ra­re la resi­lien­za del­le tec­no­lo­gie digi­ta­li. La con­fe­ren­za si è pro­po­sta di affron­ta­re le sfi­de emer­gen­ti e di for­ni­re spun­ti per affron­ta­re le com­ples­si­tà del­la digi­ta­liz­za­zio­ne nel­la guer­ra moder­na. L’AFCEA Tech­net Euro­pe si è tenu­ta l’12 otto­bre 2025 allo She­ra­ton Rome Par­co de’ Medi­ci di Roma orga­niz­za­ta dall’ AFCEA Rome Chap­ter ed ha visto la par­te­ci­pa­zio­ne dell’ AFCEA Naples Chap­ter rap­pre­sen­ta­ta dal Pre­si­den­te Gen. Gio­van­ni Savol­del­li Pedroc­chi, dal Segre­ta­rio ing. Mas­si­mi­lia­no Cane­stro e dal Cosi­glie­re Dott. Miche­le Cor­te­se. La Tech­net 2025 è sta­ta patro­ci­na­ta dal Mini­ste­ro del­la Dife­sa Italiana.

La tra­sfor­ma­zio­ne digi­ta­le sta rimo­del­lan­do radi­cal­men­te il pano­ra­ma del­la dife­sa, richie­den­do alle orga­niz­za­zio­ni mili­ta­ri, ai gover­ni e al set­to­re pri­va­to di adat­tar­si rapi­da­men­te a un con­te­sto di sicu­rez­za sem­pre più com­ples­so, inter­con­nes­so e con­te­so. I model­li tra­di­zio­na­li di sicu­rez­za nazio­na­le ven­go­no ride­fi­ni­ti da tec­no­lo­gie rivo­lu­zio­na­rie, tra cui l’In­tel­li­gen­za Arti­fi­cia­le (IA), l’a­na­li­si dei big data, il cal­co­lo quan­ti­sti­co e i siste­mi auto­no­mi, insie­me alla cre­scen­te impor­tan­za stra­te­gi­ca di set­to­ri ope­ra­ti­vi emer­gen­ti, come lo spa­zio e il cyber­spa­zio. Con l’e­vo­lu­zio­ne del­la guer­ra, l’in­te­gra­zio­ne effi­ca­ce di tec­no­lo­gie all’a­van­guar­dia nel­le ope­ra­zio­ni di dife­sa sta diven­tan­do fon­da­men­ta­le per il suc­ces­so del­le missioni.

La tra­sfor­ma­zio­ne digi­ta­le richie­de anche un pro­fon­do cam­bia­men­to nel pen­sie­ro stra­te­gi­co, nel­la cul­tu­ra orga­niz­za­ti­va, nei qua­dri ope­ra­ti­vi e nel­la col­la­bo­ra­zio­ne inter­set­to­ria­le. Per­tan­to, la digi­ta­liz­za­zio­ne del­la dife­sa non è solo un’op­zio­ne, ma un impe­ra­ti­vo nel moder­no pano­ra­ma del­la sicu­rez­za. Gover­ni e orga­niz­za­zio­ni mili­ta­ri devo­no abbrac­cia­re que­sto pro­ces­so e sfrut­ta­re le tec­no­lo­gie digi­ta­li, miti­gan­do al con­tem­po i rischi asso­cia­ti.
