DESCRIPTION OF TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY SERVICE
The service consists of the provision of services relating to software development, ICT design, operation and maintenance of the Company's computer and network systems and related technology infrastructure support, in close collaboration with the IT staff of the Customer. These benefits will be made by SMS Engineering, which ensures to the Company with the assistance of appropriate professionals as described below, in relation to particular projects or tasks required.
The technical staff will be in compliance with the legislation on the employment relationship with the applicable Collective Agreements
